L&amp;#39;ho fatto con clementine (si cuociono a vapore che è &amp;#39;na meraviglia), zucchero metà di canna e metà bianco, latte va beh:) burro ecc.. farina bianca di farro, cannella e anice (semini). Devo dirlo!? il sapore è ottimo! Ma ottimo davvero! Solo l&amp;#39;avrei preferito più cremoso, meno rassodato, meno cotto. Prox volta visto che è così semplice da farsi, lo cuocio meno. E un&amp;#39;altra cosa... ma senti, io ci vedo troppo bene l&amp;#39;olio qui dentro, tu cosa dici, ci provo? Dovrebbe venire bene ugualmente, tanto sempre di grassi si tratta. In genere non mi piace dare pareri critici...</title><content type='html'>@Micia&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In genere non mi piace dare pareri critici alle foto anch perché ognuno di noi ha il suo gusto e la sua sensibilità. Cmq il tuo blog lo ho visto e coem prima impressione è che non sono così terribili come dici.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mi piace la freschezza delle immagini e delle situazioni, tu fotografi il piatto proprio in preparazione di solito, insomma c&amp;#39;è l&amp;#39;idea di casa, di manualità.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Non mi piace la luce e altre cose che sono però problemi &amp;quot;tecnici&amp;quot;, nel senso che appunto sono legati a pura ignoranza&amp;quot; (nel senso buono di non sapere) tecnica. Ma ti dico, è il minore dei problemi perché la tecnica si impara, l&amp;#39;occhio e la capacità di vedere o ce l&amp;#39;hai sennò è difficile.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ti consiglio di leggere il post che ho fatto proprio ieri sugli &amp;quot;scrim&amp;quot; che sono nient&amp;#39;altro che una specie di &amp;quot;tenda&amp;quot; che serve come papunto le tende a diffondere la luce. E usa un treppiedi, diobonino... devo proprio scrivere un post che suona come un mantra &amp;quot;usate un treppiede, usate un treppiede, usate un treppiede&amp;quot;.
