&amp;quot;food&amp;quot; è estremamente difficile da realizzare. E&amp;#39; un grosso errore pensare di sctatre immagini food utilizzando la sola luce ambiente, o facendo fede alla propria fotocamera. Che poi quest&amp;#39;ultima non debba essere di ultima generazione, ma che abbia obiettivi fissi sono discorsi da fotograi della domenica. Il genere food è un miscuglio di reale e finzione (ma si sa, la fotogfrafia è finzione). Per il classico scatto di pollo alla griglia viene cottoleggermente il pollo e poi per mezzo di aerografo vengono disegnate le bruciature tipiche. E&amp;#39; un piccolo escamotage, ma serve a controllare l&amp;#39;effetto, senza affidarci al caso. Per ricreare i fili della mozzarella dopo il taglio della pizza si possono utilizzare colle o agenti simili. Questo è solo un piccolo esempio che rigurada il soggetto. Capirete quindi che per gestire il tutto c&amp;#39;è bisogno di attrezzatura adeguata. Luci con lenti di fresnel per creare più contrasto, coni snoot per concentrare il fascio su una zona dell&amp;#39;immagine, softbox per ammorbidire il soggetto. Attenzione poi al tipo di scatto che vogliamo realizzare. Se è per puro divertimento potete utilizzare anche delel compatte e torce elettriche, &amp;quot;tutto fa brodo&amp;quot;. ma per chi ne vuole fare una professione bisogna utilizzare il top. Non sgnifica l&amp;#39;ultimo modello id fotocamera, ma attrezzatura adatta alle esigenze. Per cui se si utilizza unset con forte controluce, ci vorranno ottich ein grado di reggere il tipo di schema luminoso. Se abbiamo alte luci la gestione di queste è molto difficile per una digitale di tipo full frame, moltomeglio un dorso digitale che elabora a 16bit o pellicola diapositiva. Se il set è dinamico ( magari abbiamo l&amp;#39;esigenza di utilizzare getti di acqua o simili) è necessario utilizzare flash tocia ad alta velocità. Per non parlare di esigenze di messa a fuoco. Regola di scheimpflug o PDC molto stretta o ampia si possono avere solamente con formati grandi e macchine a corpi mobili. Rileggitelo con calma.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2) I Bagels non sono tanto piccoli e di solito un 50mm riesce ad avvicinarsi a 30-40 cm di distanza. Oltre o usi un obiettivo macro oppure dei tubi di prolunga.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4) Non ci sono regole certe. Ci sono sì delle proporzioni (tipo la sezione aurea o i terzi) che sono direi, naturali. Però come tutto va interpretato e messo in relazione al soggetto e alla scena che hai o che vuoi creare. Non voglio mettermi così distante!&lt;br /&gt;Non è che bisogna ritagliare la foto, vero? La regola dei terzi può essere un buon punto di partenza?&lt;br /&gt;Guardando le mie foto di food preferite (le tue, quelle di Paoletta e &lt;a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/tukis/" rel="nofollow"&gt;Tuki&lt;/a&gt; ad esempio), ho notato che scattate le foto in verticale, in modo tale da visualizzare il punto a fuoco nella parte inferiore della foto e sfocare il resto in cui si posizionano &amp;quot;elementi secondari&amp;quot;. Può essere una buona regola generale di partenza?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Domenica ho fatto una torta e non sapevo proprio come comporre la foto... mi sono messo a fotografare alle 15 ma è venuto buio subito e non ho fatto NEANCHE UNA foto decente. Beh la Sony fra le &amp;quot;compatte&amp;quot; è ...</title><content type='html'>@Pippi&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Beh la Sony fra le &amp;quot;compatte&amp;quot; è fra le meno peggio (specie i modelli più grandicelli). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ho visto il tuo blog e il problema maggiore che hai è riuscire a portare nelle foto di food le inquadrature che riesci a trovare nelle tue foto di viaggio, dove si magari qualche incertezza c&amp;#39;è, ma sono complessivamente molto buone (io qualche anno fa ne facevo peggio, fidati).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Il mio consiglio, visto che gli occhi li sai usare bene, è quello di proprio di soffermarti sulle foto di food che ti piacciono. Copia la composizione, l&amp;#39;inquadratura, ecc... e poi quando puoi prenditi una reflex. Io ho intenzione di comprarmi una reflex ma ho visto dei prezzi da capogiro e per una come me che non sa fotografare è un oceano sconosciuto ma cercherò di seguire i tuoi consigli. Per il discorso inverno e luce, io cucino sempre mille cose il weekend e poi posto in settimana, ma a volte mi piacerebbe poter fotografare anche in settimana. To me, an image with a color cast, for example, is a telltale sign of an amateur, and that can be very easily fixed in post. Di solito i prezzi sono più bassi che in Italia (anche includendo la spedizione) oltre che ad esserci anche molte più offerte.
